The farm goes above and beyond - they do not ship in styro-foam and the farm is powered with green energy

The farm just started commercial production this past summer 2022 and chances are this is the first time your customers will see it on the menu! It is truly ground breaking.

The farms was established in 2013 so far world's only breeder of Spotted Wolffish.

Arcticas Spotted Wolffish

The Spotted wolffish (Anarhichas minor) is also known as the seawolf, Atlantic catfish, ocean catfish, devil fish, wolf eel (the common name for its Pacific relative), woof or sea cat.
